CookDocs is available in nearly every country. Our support teams are based between the U.S and Egypt, so service and inquiry response times will vary outside of these time-zone hours. All countries will be invoiced in USD; the exchange rate is calculated at the point of payment and we apply the daily mid-market rate. Customers may be charged a foreign exchange fee by their credit card company or bank.
The CookDocsadmin panel works on any modern browser (All you’ll need is wifi). Staff can use their own smartphone devices, or if you’re not ready for that, then we recommend mini tablets. Just have each staff member download and sign in to the CookDocs phone app. CookDocs has an offline mode in case of any connection issues.
