5. Subscription and Payment Terms
5.1. Subscription Agreement
By signing up for any of our subscription plans, you agree to these Terms, which apply uniformly across all plans. You must pay the applicable fees to continue using the Service after the free trial period ends. If applicable under the VAT laws of your country, this service is subject to the reverse charge mechanism. The recipient is responsible for reporting and paying the VAT.
5.2. Free Trial
If offered, a free trial provides temporary access to the Service for evaluation purposes. Upon expiration of the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. If you do not subscribe, your access to the Service will be terminated at the end of the trial period.
5.3. Payment Cycles
Payments are billed based on the plan you select (monthly or annual) and are calculated from the date and time you sign up. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the payment terms presented during the subscription process. All payments will be processed through Stripe, and by using our Service, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms and conditions.
5.4. Access to Features
Your access to the Service features is determined by the plan you select as outlined on our pricing page. You are not entitled to access any features beyond what is specified in your plan, including but not limited to authorized user numbers, storage capacity, and specific modules.
5.5. Service Continuity
If you terminate your payment or cancel your subscription, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or annual), after which access will be revoked unless renewed.
6. Authorized Users and Responsibility
6.1. User Roles and Control
Although you may appoint users and administrators within the Service, CookDocs maintains ownership and ultimate control over the entire software platform. All users created by your account must abide by these Terms.
6.2. Liability for User Actions
You are responsible for all actions taken by any end users associated with your business’s account. CookDocs is not liable for any actions taken by users you create or authorize to use the Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property associated with the Service, including but not limited to the platform’s code, layout, branding, and design, is the exclusive property of CookDocs or its licensors. You acknowledge that:
- You are granted a limited license to use this intellectual property solely for your use of the Service.
- You may not use, copy, distribute, or create derivative works based on any of our intellectual property without our express written consent.
- Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
8. Service Standards and Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CookDocs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. CookDocs’ total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CookDocs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.3. Exclusion of Consequential Loss
CookDocs shall not be liable for any consequential loss, including loss of profit or reputation, resulting from any errors, downtimes, or other issues related to the Service.
9. Service Availability and Downtime
While we strive to maintain optimal performance, CookDocs does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service. In the event of downtime or errors that affect the Service, CookDocs will work diligently to resolve the issue, but we cannot be held liable for any resulting losses or damages.
10. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Service.
